In April 2015 we welcomed back LTC Mark McLain from his fourth tour of duty in Afghanistan. Mark is a highly decorated officer who has been charge of complex engineering construction projects as well as high level administration. Mark has been recognized by his alma mater Virginia Tech and the City of Petersburg as a hometown hero. Mark will return to his duties at Zannino Engineering where he manages the Geotechnical Engineering department. We are all very proud of his accomplishments and his dedicated service to our country.
