Biography
Robert brings more than two decades of leadership experience to Zannino Engineering. A retired officer of the United States Marine Corps, he now leads the firm’s overall strategy and operations with the same focus, discipline, and commitment that defined his military career. As President, Robert works closely with clients, employees, and partners to ensure the company continues to grow while staying true to its values of professionalism, accountability, and service. His background gives him the ability to support every department, while his vision is centered on building strong relationships, developing people, and delivering dependable results. In addition to his work at Zannino Engineering, Robert serves as Board Secretary for Rescue + Residence, a nonprofit dedicated to addressing veteran homelessness.
