Zannino's experience is being retained by architects, developers, and contractors to provide engineering, geotechnical, testing, and environmental services; Phase I, II & III Environmental Site Assessments, engineering support for complete renovations, structural analysis, special inspections, soil borings, laboratory work, and related construction activities required for development.
