The evaluation began with a subsurface feasible study and environmental phase I site assessment. Also conducted were other special inspections and standard array of material testing.

This site required subsurface investigation, material testing for construction, soil boring, and ground penetrating radar.

Construction material testing included soil, concrete, structural steel, and masonry, followed up by an array of special inspections.

A total renovation that required monitored structural modifications and steel and concrete testing.

This new face in Scott's Addition underwent construction materials testing, including concrete, masonry, and structural steel.
