He holds certifications in ACI Grade I, VDOT soils and aggregate, VDOT Asphalt 1 & 2, and is troxler nuclear trained. Matthew’s proficiency extends beyond soils and asphalt, as he is also well-versed in steel inspection and numerous concrete testing methods, including floor flatness and Windsor pin testing.
