Biography

Mark McLain is our Vice President & Engineering Department Manager and is a retired U.S. Army Reserve Lieutenant Colonel with extensive professional experience. He has led complex geotechnical and environmental projects for government, military, and private clients. Mark brings a unique combination of technical engineering, construction oversight, and leadership from both his civilian career projects and multiple military deployments and exercises.
