Tom is the founder and Principal Geotechnical Engineer at Zannino Engineering, bringing decades of expertise in geotechnical and civil engineering experience. Tom has held leadership roles in both the public and private sectors and is a trusted consultant for complex infrastructure and facility projects across Virginia and the Appalachian region.
