Timothy Crouche is an Engineering Technician at Zannino Engineering, where he supports field testing operations for soils, asphalt, and concrete on a wide range of civil and commercial construction projects across Virginia. With hands-on experience in compaction testing, asphalt placement verification, and concrete sampling, Timothy plays a vital role in ensuring project compliance with VDOT and industry standards. His strong technical knowledge and field presence help maintain quality control from subgrade through final paving.
